If the store is quiet,
check the process first.

    HealthGET /api/health must return ok. If it does not, this host is down or the database is not reachable.

    Render sleepFree instances sleep. The first request after idle can take a minute. That is not a recall failure.
  3. 03
    This process does not run RealFuelInference stays on SensAffect. A missing feeling score here is expected, not a broken store.

02 / WHY RECALL ABSTAINED

Cite or say nothing.
Feeling never ranks it.

Recall is PostgreSQL full-text search on what you stored. If nothing matches, the store abstains. A smile, a RealFeel sticker, or a missing RealFuel pass cannot invent Thursday. Unknown stays unknown.

    Empty query or no hitsAbstain. Do not fill from chat, Omni-CNN, or a neighbour’s estate.

    Protected memoriesStay protected. Help cannot override a lock you set.

    Estate versus sharedPro is a named operator with a current grant. Shared does not mean everyone. Export and delete stay with the account that owns the rows.

03 / EXPORT AND DELETE

You remain sovereign.

Use GET /api/export while signed in to take the JSON packet: memories, feeling sides, context, authority, receipts. Delete is an account action in the workspace, not a chat command. Receipts stay as the trail of what the process did.

If the runtime is unsure,
it stops.

Soma at /build/soma is the example. A missing RealFuel pass, a locked CNN, or an abstained recall is not a cue to move. Expression must not write the store. See Real Series · humanoid.
